Hasport Billet 92-00 D-series Engine Mount Kit w/Cable Trans - 88-91 Honda Civic/CRX

Hasport engine mount kit for 88-91 Honda EF Civic/CRX swapping in a newer generation 92-00 OBD1/2 D-series engine while retaining an 88-91 D-series cable transmission.

Designed using sophisticated CAD/CAM engineering software, these mounts provide the utmost in strength and proper fitment.

Using aircraft quality aluminum (6061 T-6) Hasport mounts come with a lifetime warranty.

Mount Kit Install Prerequisites:

• A 2-bolt left hand mount is required for this mount kit 
  A 2-post mount from a 92-93 Civic D-series or 96-00 dual-post mount will suffice. The 94-95 D16Z6  3-post mount is incompatible with this mount kit.
• 88-91 Civic/CRX EF trans bracket must be reused
  The right hand EF trans mount & bracket are bolted to each other and must be separated in order to reuse the EF trans bracket with the EFD2 right hand trans mount
• Clutch & flywheel
  It is best to keep the same clutch & flywheel that is associated with the cable transmission that is being used i.e. '90 Si transmission would use a '90 Si clutch kit  + '90 flywheel. There are variances with spline shaft teeth counts between 88-89 and 90-91 D-series transmissions that can complicate things and is why we suggest sticking with the clutch and flywheel for the specific cable trans being used.
